A: Download the “H Band” app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, turn on Bluetooth, and pair the watch through the app—not your phone's Bluetooth settings.

Q: Does the smartwatch support text and call features?
A: You’ll receive call and message notifications on your smartwatch (from apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, and more), but it does not support calling or texting directly.

Q: Is the smartwatch waterproof?
A: Yes, our smartwatches are designed to be water-resistant and safe for everyday wear. However, we recommend avoiding deep water or extended exposure to moisture.
