We accept returns on physical products (excluding opened clothing items) within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

To ensure hygiene and quality:

Opened clothing items are not eligible for return or refund

We reserve the right to inspect all returned clothing before approving any refund

If the clothing has been worn, washed, or damaged, no refund will be issued
