Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Griszell.com. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on physical products (excluding opened clothing items) within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery


👚 Clothing-Specific Policy

To ensure hygiene and quality:

  • Opened clothing items are not eligible for return or refund

  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned clothing before approving any refund

  • If the clothing has been worn, washed, or damaged, no refund will be issued


📥 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@griszell.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll review your request and send you return instructions

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (e.g., Job Match Pro)

  • Opened or used clothing

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
